Genesis - how far will you go?

Who fits in at Genesis? All sorts of people, from all over the UK. Technical types and creative types. Introverts and extroverts. Rock climbers and movie buffs. Accountability. People who take responsibility for results achieved by themselves, their team, and their group; who exceed the expectations of internal and external customers; who ensure that Genesis responds quickly to changes in the marketplace; and who do not confuse activity with results.

Self-criticism. People who are willing to ask for and constructively use feedback about strengths and weaknesses, seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, and develop and mentor others.
